Bunkers, Bombs, Big Shots – City Tour Berlin with bunker tour
Take a sightseeing tour of Berlin's history from the Second World War to German reunification including a guided tour of the former Anhalter Bunker from 1942 and experience Berlin in a different way on this individual bus tour.
Bus tour with live guide
On our bus tour we will take you on an adventure tour partly off the beaten track. Since we love stories, we would like to tell you them on the tour.
We start at Kurfürstendamm and show you Schöneberg Town Hall first. From the balcony of that buidling John F. Kennedy spoke the legendary words "I am a Berliner" on 26 June 1963, thus making a historic commitment to Berlin and the Berliners.
Our city tour through Berlin's history also takes you past the "Topography of Terror", one of the most visited memorial sites in Berlin. During the "Third Reich" the headquarters of the Secret State Police, the SS and the Reich Security Main Office were located here.
Guided bunker tour of Anhalter Bunker
The highlight of our time travel through Berlin's history from World War II to German reunification is the bunker tour in the former Anhalter Bunker, which was built in 1942. Until the end of the war, passengers and employees of the Deutsche Reichsbahn as well as mainly women and children from the neighbourhood stayed in this bunker. From Anhalter Bahnhof they could reach the bunker through a tunnel.
The bunker has been converted into a history bunker in recent years. It houses the documentary about National Socialism "Hitler - how could it happen" and the Berlin Story Museum (no visit on our tour).
